Born and raised in North Carolina, Jennie Harless brings a lifelong perspective and nearly 30 years of localized expertise to every assignment. Since 1997, she has been active Wake, Johnston, and Harnett County real estate markets, serving as a Certified Residential Appraiser and the owner of Value Solutions Inc. Jennie’s extensive experience in these specific counties allows her to provide clients with more than just a number; she offers a deep understanding of the unique neighborhood trends and property nuances that define the Triangle and surrounding areas. Whether she is assisting a homeowner in Clayton, a lender in Lillington, or measurement for an agent in Raleigh, her clients benefit from a level of historical market knowledge that only a decades-long resident and professional can provide.

When she is not in the field or serving on the board, Jennie lives in the Clayton area with her husband and son.
