*Square footage pricing total is based on the Heated Living Areas. Standard porches and decks or a typical amount of improvements are included for free.
But... EXCESSIVE Porches, Multiple Garages, Auxiliary Areas, & Finished/Unfinished Basements could increase the base total fee. This fee is also subject to change based on the complexity of the floor plan and design. Location can also alter price charged. Wake and Johnston County are in the standard coverage area. Any additional fee is made at the appraiser's discretion. This is something that usually doesn't happen, but we reserve the right to do so, if warranted.
